It is the symbol of growth in children. In a way, by forceful methods of pampering, the parents and the practices of tradions are marring the natural development in children and making them handicapped in the process of evolution.Instead they should prepare chilren to face challenges of life and nature.It is shame on our society that still arranged marriages [by parens] are being practiced. This sorry state is well presented in identifiable atmos in the short story by our esteemed writer in interesting form. Every human being, either male or female, by instinct tries to be assertive.
